Hi! I've escalated this to our CRM engineering team. Could you confirm what browser version you're using? We're checking the session cookie handler first.
Chrome 126.0.6478.127. Also tried Incognito. Same issue. Attached screenshot.

SLA Monitoring & Automatic Escalation
Track two independent SLA measurements per ticket — response time and solution time. Configure category-specific targets by severity level, with auto-escalation for overdue tickets. SLA status is visible directly in the ticket list and detail view.
Response SLA
- Initial response deadline
- Per-category configuration
- Live countdown in ticket list
- Overdue indicator shown
Solution SLA
- Resolution deadline tracking
- Separate from response SLA
- Severity-based time targets
- Auto-escalation time config
Auto-Escalation
Each category can define an auto-escalation time. Tickets delayed beyond the configured limit are escalated automatically, reducing the risk of forgotten customer issues.
| Severity | Response | Solution | Escalation |
|---|---|---|---|
| High | 10 min | 20 min | 15 min |
| Medium | 30 min | 60 min | 45 min |
| Low | 2 hrs | 8 hrs | 4 hrs |

Frequently Asked Questions
How are ticket numbers generated?
The system generates structured ticket numbers automatically, such as ST-2026-000011. This format makes every issue individually identifiable and easy to reference, search, and track in conversations, reports, or escalations.
How does customer and subscription context work in tickets?
When creating a ticket, you first select a service. The system then shows only customers with an active subscription to that service. Once you select the customer, their available contact details are automatically loaded. The ticket also displays the related subscription and service, so agents understand exactly what the customer is using before responding.
What is the difference between Response SLA and Solution SLA?
Response SLA defines how quickly the support team should initially respond to a ticket after it is created. Solution SLA defines the total expected time to fully resolve the reported issue. Both are tracked independently per ticket and can be configured per category and severity level. SLA status — including countdowns and overdue flags — is visible directly in the ticket list and detail view.
How does automatic escalation work?
Each support category can include an auto-escalation time configured per severity level. When a ticket under that category is not progressed within the defined time, it is escalated. This helps management identify and address delayed issues before they further impact customer experience.
What are Support Units and how are they different from Support Teams?
Support Units represent high-level operational divisions — such as ISP Unit, CRM Unit, or Biznify Unit — that separate support by product line or business area. Support Teams are created within that structure and contain actual team members with specific roles. Categories are linked to a support unit and assigned to one or more teams, so ticket routing always connects the right people to the right issue type.
Can closed tickets be reopened?
Yes. The ticket creation form includes an Allow Reopen option. When enabled and a customer reports that the same issue has returned, the ticket can be reopened rather than creating a duplicate. The full original communication history, attachments, and issue detail are preserved when a ticket is reopened.
Turn every customer issue into a trackable resolution.
